Mr. Bullock (born May 21, 1972) made his "cameo" in iGive Away a Car. He was the LCC Inspector for Carly Sam and Freddie. He told what qualities the car had to have to be considered a new car. They gave Nevel Spencer's space cruiser and it qualified for being a new car. (It went so fast that when Nevel drove it he crashed into a store). He is portrayed by Tom Beyer
