"Pee on Carl"
Officer Carl is a police officer who appeared in the episodes iWant More Viewers and iMove Out. In iWant More Viewers, he arrests Spencer for putting up his and Freddie's sign, causing multiple accidents, but decides to let him off with a warning. Carl is also personally offended by the sign's malfunction, which caused it to say "Pee on Carl" instead of "Please go online to iCarly.com." In iMove Out, he refuses to arrest the Petographers after they trash the iCarly studio because they took pictures of his daughter's bunny for free. On top of that, he gives Carly a ticket because the prop car in the iCarly studio had no license plate, then calls Carly a "prop." When Spencer starts to protest, Officer Carl warns him to watch his mouth, as he hasn't forgotten about the "Pee on Carl" sign.
He is portrayed by Christopher Michael, who also previously appeared on Drake & Josh in the "Dune Buggy" episode and on All That in an episode featuring a guest appearance by Amanda Bynes.
